Thin films only were prepared from children aged from 2 to 10, and after staining with Irishman's stain, an examination of 6 minutes was given to each before pronouncing it negative. The " parasitised children " rate was found to be 47.4 per cent, in 1,753 children, who included 307, or 17.5 per cent., of multiple infections.
